Every Smartvard automated laundry system is covered by a component-based local warranty, with up to 5 years on the motor and a free first year of on-site service for manufacturing defects.

Free first-year on-site warranty covers manufacturing defects. After the first year, the cost of evaluation, transport and labour, if any, is borne by the customer. The new Helios and HexaGale carry the same component-based warranty structure, please refer to your warranty documentation for details.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, and parts subject to wear and tear.
- Accessories and external parts such as the frame, control buttons, remote control, batteries, cables and poles.
- Cosmetic damage including cracks, dents or scratches on casing, knobs and attachments.
- Damage from pest or insect infestation, fungi, corrosion, spilled liquids or moisture.
- Failure caused by incorrect voltage or use of a voltage converter.
- Theft, misuse, neglect, abuse, or use outside the intended household purpose.
- Acts of God such as natural disaster, fire, flood or similar events.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised persons or service organisations.
