What we check during a site visit
Our team confirms your space is ready and safe before installation, on concrete or false ceilings.
Load-bearing capacity
We confirm your concrete or false ceiling can safely support the unit's weight.
Space and clearance
We measure the available area and check for beams, fixtures or other obstacles.
Electrical points
We check nearby wiring and the power point so installation avoids interfering with utilities.
False-ceiling suitability
For false ceilings, we assess the structure and any reinforcement that may be needed.
Accessibility and integrity
We check ease of installation and servicing, and inspect for cracks or water damage.
