These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 178 Smartcare website and your purchase of Smartvard automated laundry systems.
1.Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or placing an order with 178 Smartcare Pte Ltd, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2.Products and pricing
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may change without notice. Promotional prices are valid for limited periods or while stocks last. We try to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that descriptions or prices are error-free; we may correct errors and cancel affected orders.
3.Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where a pricing error has occurred. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order.
4.Payment
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and buy-now-pay-later options including Grab PayLater and Atome, subject to the providers’ terms. Full payment or an approved instalment arrangement is required before delivery and installation.
5.Delivery and installation
We provide delivery and installation across Singapore. Timelines, typically installation within 7 days of order, are estimates and may vary. A free on-site measurement helps confirm suitability and fit. See our Delivery & Installation Policy for details.
6.Warranty
Our products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms, coverage and exclusions are described on our Warranty page and in the documentation supplied with your product.
7.Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Certain items, including installed or customised products, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
8.Intellectual property
All content on this website, and the Smartvard and AURA BEAM trademarks, are owned by or licensed to 178 Smartcare and should not be copied or used without permission.
9.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 178 Smartcare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
